For most of my life, I believed my worth came from being good at things. Good grades. Being disciplined. Holding it all together.

That belief followed me into adulthood, into fitness, and eventually into business. Over time, I didn’t realise I was learning something deeper: that my value was tied to how much I achieved, how well I performed, and how “together” I looked on the outside.

From the outside, my life and business looked successful. On the inside, I was overworking, disconnected, and constantly afraid of slowing down. I had merged my identity with what I did, not who I was.

It wasn’t until I began mindset coaching that everything started to shift. I saw how much of my life was being driven by fear, perfectionism, and the need to prove myself. That realisation changed everything.

Now, my work is about helping women untangle their identity from their output. Using psychology and NLP, I support women to quiet mental noise, release the pressure to perform, and rebuild a sense of self that feels calm, grounded, and genuinely theirs.

Because when your identity shifts, everything else follows.

I have now been offered a new and exciting job that I never thought I would achieve so I do think this reset has given me more confidence and made me realise I am capable of doing things for myself!

Inside the 4-week challenge, you’ll work through weekly themes that help you quiet mental noise, move through resistance, release perfectionism, and step fully into your next-level self. You’ll gain tools, practices, and insights to stop living on autopilot and start showing up intentionally for your life.

  • The official start date is the 23rd February for 4 weeks.
