This Galentine’s Day event has been designed to give you a pause from the fast pace of everyday life a chance to slow down, recharge, and leave with practical tools that support your wellbeing long after the day is over. Through a mix of workshops, connection, and meaningful conversation, you’ll explore how your habits, choices, and sense of self impact your health, confidence, and overall wellbeing — all in a supportive, like-minded community of women.

A beginner-friendly Pilates class Gentle, feel-good movement focused on strength, posture, and connection not punishment

We’ll enjoy a nourishing lunch together provided by prepd.hq with plenty of time to chat and connect with other women who share the same passions and values as you! Snacks and refreshments will also be provided throughout the day.

Learn how eating in tune with your cycle can support your energy, hormones, and overall wellbeing. This interactive session will help you understand how nutrition works with your body and give you simple, practical ways to feel nourished, balanced, and at your best.

The Wellness Collective Event is for women who want to reconnect with themselves, explore their wellbeing on a deeper level, and meet others who share the same values. Whether you’re new to personal development or already on your journey, this day offers something for everyone.

Just yourself and an open mind. All materials, food and refreshments are provided. You may wish to bring a water bottle, a journal, and comfortable clothing suitable for light movement and relaxation.

To keep the event intimate and impactful, there are only 15 tickets available. This ensures every attendee receives personal attention and the opportunity to truly connect with others.

Doors open at 10:25 AM for a 10:30 AM start. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to settle in, grab a drink, and meet the other attendees.
